Your role

This role will support and partner with their Talent Acquisition Advisors in ensuring 100% execution of their Recruitment Brilliant Basics, including but not limited to sourcing, pipelining, and talent mapping.

Training, development & rotations

Main locations around the world have a menu of events based on the same theme, such as Power Conversations, Team Effectiveness or Leadership. They provide a timetable of activities well in advance so that people can work out which events to attend around their job commitments.

The activities usually include a Lunch & Learn with a senior leader on a particular topic, one-on-one coaching sessions, and various learning workshops. They have ‘awareness booths’ that promote learning and development initiatives within the business, and you can also sign up for virtual programs & webinars where you can learn with colleagues across the globe.

About you

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Human Resources Management or relevant field
