Your role

The Global Sourcing Specialist (GSS) role is accountable for lead generation, creating and managing saved searches, and taking actions that drive applicant flow across high-volume roles, for both current openings and constant pipelining for future positions. The GSS role is aligned to work within the USA, and potentially other countries as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or other relevant fields
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Technically savvy, a strong aptitude for learning technology and using internet-based systems
• Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
