Your responsibilities

As an Education Associate Consultant, you will ...

• Partner and consult with the customer and collaborate with NetSuite’s other customer-facing teams to understand roles, responsibilities, and business to effectively advise on learning content to meet needs
• Deliver high-quality learning strategies tailored to the customer’s use of NetSuite and consult on industry-leading practices
• Assume full ownership for the success of multiple concurrent customer projects where you will drive learning engagements to effectively achieve desired outcomes
• Actively engage in becoming an industry expert to guide and advise customers to solve business challenges through learning
• Consistently serve as an agent for change by contributing recommendations on improving internal engagement processes and driving customer success

About you

• 2022 and 2023 Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Must be academically completed prior to onboarding dates.
• No experience is required but Internship experience is an advantage.
• Preferably with a background in Software development and making technical decisions.
• Preferably with an introduction to Java (C# or similar will also be considered).
• Preferably with basic knowledge of SQL databases.
• Preferably with Knowledge of Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming Paradigms, and SOLID principles
• Understanding of HTTP, Internet protocols, and web browsers
• Preferably with an understanding of modern web applications from database to browser.
• Excellent communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts.
