Since then, Pantronics International Corporation has provided its customers with highly reliable support from its crew of well-trained service engineers and technical personnel. Over the years, Pantroncis International Corporation has served the equipment and service requirements of the country's leading commercial, industrial, educational, medical, as well as government sectors.
Pantronics' entry into the industry has gained the acceptance of the market. This prompted the company to achieve a remarkable growth rate. Its workforce has more than doubled from the time of its inception. On-going recruitment and training programs are a major part of its marketing strategy. The company is also relentlessly expanding its existing product lines. Aside from photocopiers, Pantronics has added facsimile, electronic print and interactive boards, multimedia projectors, PBX and telephone systems, paper shredders, time recorders, CCVE Security Systems, high-speed document scanners, multi-function products and recently, large format display boards, to complement its product line. Geographical coverage is also part of the overall expansion program of the company. Pantronics is in constant pursuit of setting up branches and the country-wide dealerships to better serve its clients outside of the Metropolitan Manila areas.
Finally, in order to provide prompt service to its customers, Pantronics has adopted as its policy the maintenance of adequate parts and service units to support the servicing of its equipment population. In this regard, parts, board assemblies, consumables and other products are constantly maintained at reasonable levels to ensure that this objective will be achieved.
