Information Technology Intern (Start ASAP)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined IT Business Partner Intern to join our team. The IT Business Partner Intern will work closely with our Technical Operations and Enabling team to support various IT initiatives, assist in technical projects, and contribute to the alignment of IT solutions with business objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT business partnering within a dynamic and innovative organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Technical Operations and Enabling team to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT solutions to support technical operations and business processes.
• Provide technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of technical projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of IT tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with business partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Help document IT processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Support the IT team in analyzing data and generating insights to improve decision-making and performance.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Can speak Malay, Chinese, and English
