Your role

• Making statistical resourcing for Medical Affairs support more efficient. 
• Develop criteria for assessing the complexity of the analysis request to help the statistical lead effectively assign the analysis to appropriate Statisticians. 
• Develop and validate an app (RShiny) that can be used to automate exploratory analysis for requests with low complexity. 
• Working closely with the statistician mentor to develop this app.
