7- Eleven’s Management Trainee Program is a junior management development program where successful candidates may eventually occupy managerial posts within the company in two years’ time.
At the end of the program, graduates are expected to have gained effective leadership and task management skills and have a demonstrated a thorough working knowledge of convenience store operations
