Your responsibilities

• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.

• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.

• Managing multiple cases at one time.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Computer Science, IT, or any related course
• Knowledgeable in Computer Assembly, Hardware and Network troubleshooting, Programming (Visual Basic), and other MS applications
• Familiar with cabling, routers, servers, and subnet
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and long hours (if needed)
• Adapts easily
• Can start immediately
