IT Technician (Start ASAP)

Position Description

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience doing IT services. Really good with networking, routers, Windows, remote support, and Outlook.
• Good speaking USA English accent, and understanding when talking with Americans.
• 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 8 am Los Angeles time. 8 Hours per day. 160 hours per month.
• Must have a good fast computer eg. i7 CPU / 16Gb RAM / SSD with a nice headset for speaking and webcam with FAST INTERNET

They would love to do a live interview with everyone, however in order to filter for quality people faster, they want candidates to email a simple 5 minutes video of themselves via www.loom.com (free) and in the video answer the following below questions.

• How can you see which drivers are missing on a Windows PC?
• How can you find your computer’s IP address?
• How can you find your router’s IP address?
• What is your public IP address?
• How do you sniff out the IP address of a device plugged into your network?
• How do you set up a Gmail pop3 email address in Outlook?
• How can you tell who is the email service provider? (if the client does not know)
• How can you tell who is the domain registrar?
