Your responsibilities

• Daily operations support to users of Primer reporting services systems, business intelligence tools, and related information management tools
• Provides issue and problem resolution to clients by identifying the root cause of issues and problems, researching for solutions, and guiding clients through corrective steps
• Crafting and executing SQL queries for ad-hoc reports as requested by clients
• Provides training and guidance to end users in the use of the reports and tools
• Development of new reports, visualizations, and tools required by the business
• Assists in the development, support, and maintenance of Primer’s data warehouse and BI systems
• Develops data-related tools for integration of external data and data warehouse
• Collaborates with teams to integrate with different systems
• Creates and improves the team’s technical references by writing, contributing, and maintaining documentation on the database design, job schedules, etc.
• Proactively identifies, communicates, and resolves data quality and data reconciliation issues

About you

• Bachelor of Computer Science or any related IT Course 
• With experience in SQL queries, at least from a subject or OJT experience
• Completed a subject related to Data Structures and Algorithms
• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of BI Technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, Qlik, Big Query, Data Studio) is an advantage
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and technologies is an advantage
• Knowledge of APIs is an advantage
• Knowledge of cloud data warehouses is an advantage
• Fresh graduates may apply
