Your role & responsibilities

The Junior Technical Support ensures all field support requests and IT asset maintenance are properly attended to and aligned with the Service Level Agreement. Some responsibilities includes:

• Conduct diagnostics upon receipt of an assigned escalation ticket.
• Assess and identify best options for issues.
• Execute identified solutions.
• Document work completion.
