Performance Marketer (Start ASAP)

What’s the role?

You’ll join a small but highly effective team and have a significant impact on our fast-growing business. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for two broad buckets of paid campaigns:

Campaigns to attract university student users (“B2C” campaigns. Goal = job applications)

Campaigns to attract employer advertisers (“B2B” campaigns. Goal = qualified leads, converting to job advertising revenue)

Beyond this, you’ll have the freedom to make this role your own and develop your own data-driven strategies.

About You

You’ll have an exceptional eye for paid marketing opportunities, including on the latest ‘up-and’ coming’ platforms being adopted by young student audiences, and be obsessive with tracking results and optimising your campaigns. You’ll lead by example with a great attitude and a willingness to roll your sleeves up to get things done.

 To do this effectively, we believe you will need:

• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across key platforms.
• A keen interest in experimenting with campaigns on up-and-coming platforms for young audiences.
• Hands-on experience with repurposing and optimising content for paid campaigns.
• A data-driven approach to experimentation, and the analytical skills to measure the impact of your work.
• The ability to work closely with the wider Prosple teams to support their respective missions, inspire content ideas, and provide advice on content and product improvements.
