Your responsibilities

• Prepare routine business reports, and dashboards assure their maintenance and distribution as well as continuous automation and optimization
• Develop, maintain, and improve business reports and dashboards, create visualizations
• Ensure high-quality content on reports and dashboards
• Analyze order to cash & production planning processes and prepare overviews and tools for the operational teams as well as management dashboards
• Participate in the transition of procedures; redesign and document processes to achieve standardization and optimization
• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to define measurement procedures
• Contributes to projects with data analytics and provides recommendations

About you

• University Degree in SCM or related field or alternatively professional experience in a related working area - Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Sciences
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• 1 year of work experience will be a bonus
• Good attention to detail & numerical skills
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP and BI/visualization tools (Qlik Sense/QlikView/Power BI) would be an asset
• Good English skills (oral & written)
• Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
