Your role & responsibilities

  • Distribution: Ensuring correct product assortment per store.
  • Monitoring displays and adherence to planogram guidelines.
  • Ensuring correct merchandising according to strategies given by Customer Marketing.
  • Ensuring that all tactical displays and cross-merchandising modules are at the right location in the store.
  • Responsible for handling and coordinating with 3rd party merchandisers in their respective areas.
  • Responsible for building business relationships with store personnel and establishing good rapport.
  • Ensuring all programs agreed upon with head office are cascaded and implemented in-store.
  • Ensuring all tactical, promotional, and secondary displays are implemented on time.
  • Monitoring of all competitive activities found in the store.
  • Initiate quarterly price surveys to ensure SRP compliance in-store.
  • Monitor competitive pricing in-store.

About you

Required skills/experience/ competencies:

  • Open for fresh graduates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related courses.
  • At least 3 years of solid sales work experience in FMCG or Pharma, Principal is preferred.
  • Based in Davao or Cagayan De Oro.

Job requirements:

  • Full-time employment.
  • Must know how to drive a car.
  • Can do fieldwork.
  • Willing to travel within Bacolod Iloilo, and Mindanao.
