The Role

As a Jr. Creative Designer, you are responsible for providing creative guidance and direction to the artistic design of all bank-related materials ensuring that quality and standards are in line with the Bank’s brand strategy and guide.

How you'll contribute

  • Execute marketing/brand materials while ensuring that branding guidelines are followed and mandatory elements are present in all submitted artworks
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with the creative and brand teams in creative executions:
    1. Print collateral
    2. Digital campaigns
    3. Branch Merchandising
    4. Brand Events
    5. Brand Materials
    6. Internal and External media production
    7. Video Pre-productions
    8. Video Post-productions
    9. Webinar Creatives
  • Responsible for quality assurance and for guiding within creative process including proofreading
  • Responsible for project management using internal tools in reviewing design requests and managing expectations
  • Obtains design approval on the Approval Matrix, Mandatory Guidelines
  • Performs another task that he/she may be assigned from time to time
  • Suggest creative initiatives and new platforms

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Fine Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia/Animation or its equivalent
  • 0-2 years experience in graphic design
  • Computer literate
  • With technical knowledge of Adobe software
  • Able to create static and/or moving visuals
  • Experience with animation and video editing using Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus
  • Strong knowledge and experience in design, good creative processes, and can follow guidelines
