Very progressive compared to other Banks I've worked with. They have a vision for digitization and transformation and is very aggressive to make it work.

Company culture is great.. I don't feel any pressure from my leads; they don't micromanage me. They are very helpful when I have questions/clari?cations. I learn a lot from them. Colleagues from other units/departments are also approachable. The heads are reachable when it comes to our concerns, they let us voice out our needs and they respond/oblige accordingly. Every events with the whole TA Team are fun because the people are fun to be with.

Comparing to other banks, our culture is very progressive. Employees are encouraged to speak up and talk. Personally as a middle manager, I have no problems connecting and communicating with our C-suite executives since they are very open and receptive.

The company has a hierarchical organizational structure which shows a clear line of authority and gives employees a clearer understanding of their role in the company as well as view of their career paths. Collaboration is fostered through regular meetings and encouragement from the management. Junior employees are sometimes asked for inputs that make them feel involved and part of the decision-making process. There are also yearly outings and events that allow employees to socialize with each other.

I must say that we have a strong ang healthy organizational culture, even though we just see each other for at least twice a month. As a newbie, I really appreciate that my teammates are very reliable.

Culture wise in office hours, everyone is supportive with the work that you do while having the same mindset of achieving our goals as a company with teamwork. Meaning everyone is also willing to help you out no matter what your rank / position in the company is. After hours, my colleagues are very open to sharing updates on our personal lives and have fun outside of work as well. We do casual lunch out or dinner when we can.

We have good communications and transparency among the team. And there is employee engagement and opportunities for advancement. Talent Acquisition is divided to four units with leads and team members.

During office hours, everyone is focused with their individual work, after hours, some are working and even if passed the working hours, they can still answer some queries.

I love the company's culture wherein everyone respects time outside of office hours. This of course does not include certain cases wherein there are critical items at hand and could not be passed on to the next day. The team structure is well-defined such as there are no overlaps in responsibilities.

I blend well with the colleagues and especially with my higher ups, they are easy to approach, helpful in many situations and also a friend outside work setting. We work from home most of the time so when the time comes that we meet each other once in a while we bond over coffee or lunch outside for morale building and camaraderie.
