The heads and managers in the department are very approachable. They are actually one ping away from you. They also send a lot of appreciation our way especially during meetings and department events.

They make time to teach. Internal communication - they see to it that they communicate within our working hours only. If there is anything urgent, usually they apologize first for contacting us past our working hours. Performance feedback - this is done regularly. Praise and recognition - they give what is due. They are not selfish in providing praise and recognition
