8.6 rating for Training, based on 32 reviews
Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
I like that they are very hands-on when it comes to our trainings. We have what we call LearnSpace, it is a site where all our trainings are compiled. It's a combination of infographical and audio-visual materials. The effort they put in putting together training materials for the employees was excellent. They were very engaging and educational. Most of our mandatory are with regards to the BSP's course requirements for employees of a bank. I learned a lot about fraud awareness, occupational health & safety, bank safety and security, financial customer protection, among others.

As someone working in the learning department of the bank, I can see how advanced and strong our presence is. Management has given us access to resources we need to not only strengthen the learning culture in the bank but to propel it to new heights. We've been awarded by different bodies such as LinkedIn, HR Excellence Awards, Philippines Society for Talent Development and People Managers Association of the Philippines.

In general, for all of our new hires, we have HR briefing on the first day and and have the SBC training for the first week where we meet our fellow new hires from different department and have a sort of webinar conducted by SBC Academy, we also have a series of modules where we learn more about the company. Personally, in my first month, I've attended sit-in interviews, where I picked up relevant/must questions to be asked during interview.

Most of our trainings are self paced so we can set on when we are comfortable taking it. I've learn more into how to improve on how I do my work as a recruiter. I have improved more on critical thinking, problem solving and systems that we use through continuous discussions with my manager.
