Your responsibilities

• Assist in the initial Vendor Screening Process.
• Endorse pre-qualified vendors for accreditation to PAG.
• Attend to various accreditation concerns of vendors / endorsing groups (pending submittals/deficiencies).
• Update and maintain vendor information such as contact information, company profiles, engagements, NFCC and other pertinent documents needed in the evaluation of contractors for shortlisting.
• Perform various administrative and document management tasks within the group.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

The average SM Investment Corporation monthly salary ranges from approximately PHP 13,000 to PHP 24,000 along with other benefits:

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year Business-related course
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
• Work experience in a Real Estate Company is an advantage.
• With good communication written, verbal and presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, hardworking, team-oriented, and can work under minimum supervision.
• Preferably female with 1 to 2 years of work experience related to Administrative and Document Management.
• Fresh graduates may also be considered.
