Your responsibilities

As a project assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the project manager in various tasks. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining project files, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes during meetings.
  • The point of contact for team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed of project updates and changes.
  • Assist the project head in creating and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within budget.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

About you

  • Completed a degree in social work, community development, or any relevant field
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to motivate team members, and the ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • The ability to think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. 
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
