The position will be responsible in ensuring that the right materials are purchased and used in every construction project and ensuring compliance to safety regulations is a given in this job.
Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operations and maintenance, and engineering project management; supports tenants' utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall-wide regulations and policies.
With experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in supervisory capacity is preferred and professional license is required (Electrical or Mechanical).
