Recruitment Process

Recruitment Process

Submit your application form or Resume to the SIDC Main Office or any branches, or through employee referral. You can also send your application via email and other social media platforms of SIDC.
Once we receive your application, HR Recruitment will schedule a phone interview for initial screening.
If you passed the initial interview and psychometric test, you will be endorse to the 2nd and final interview of the requisitioning department. You will be interviewed within two days after the endorsement via phone call, online or face to face setup, depends on the availability of the interviewer.
When you passed the Final Interview you will be endorsed to the Background Checking, Completion of Requirements, Attending New Employee Orientation, Attend Training (if only subject for training before deployment), Contract Signing and Onboarding.
