Growth Associate

Responsibilities:

• Perform various marketing initiatives such as prospecting, telemarketing, social media and email marketing
• Provide assistance in the ongoing marketing initiatives
• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Assist in scheduling calls and screening prospects
• Maintain and regularly update databases
• Coordinate with supervisor and other team members daily

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Marketing or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good speaking and presentation skills
• Both an individual and team player
• Possess at least basic to average editing skills using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
• Has experience using Google Workspace tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Meet etc.
• Willing to work in Iloilo City
