Industrial Engineering Specialist (Start ASAP)

An Industrial Engineer Specialist is responsible to drive the development and effective deployment of quality policies, processes, and standards for the organization’s shared services teams.

• Ensure consistent and correct application of established processes by auditing and reporting process compliance, identifying gaps, and formulating corrective actions
• Work with department and section heads to create measurement tools to efficiently track operational performance
• Assist department and section heads in the preparation of operational dashboards
• Support the cross-functional teams in conducting metrics analysis
• Initiate root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions and process improvements
• Support the organization’s Digital Transformation programs by assisting the project leads to manage projects, coordinate with vendors on technical solutions, and ensure timely compliance of the projects.
