The Starbucks Hiring Process
To find the best candidates to fill its vacant positions, Starbucks normally has a hiring process all applicants must pass through before they can be employed.

1. The Job Application Process
When seeking to get a job at Starbucks, the applicant needs to begin online by submitting an application form, which will contain all the necessary details.
The company’s website is the right place to visit to view current job openings. Alternatively, there are also several online job boards and social media platforms available to all jobseekers. When applying online, ensure that all the details you provide in the form are absolutely valid, which will make the company take your application seriously.

2. Interview Process
The first step in the hiring process is the pre-screening. The pre-screening process is done usually by the Partner Resources team for online applications received. Applicants who successfully passed the pre-screening process will be called to be participants in a face-to-face interview at the store location.
This interview is the second stage of the hiring process, and at the end of it, you will be assured of getting a response from the store manager.

The last stage in the interview process is the District Manager interview. This is usually scheduled in advance and can also be an online interview, depending on the availability of the district manager.
4. Starbucks Onboarding
Once you are successfully selected for the role, you will be handed over to the Partner Resources team for a Job Offer. An email communication containing your job offer letter, pre-employment requirements checklist, and requirements guidelines will be sent by Partner Resources.
It is advised that you communicate with your store manager and Partner Resources for any questions or concerns about your offer letter and requirements.
Upon successful completion of your pre-employment requirements, you will be scheduled by the Partner Resources to join and participate in an online orientation.
It is a learning process that educates you about your role at Starbucks and the culture and history of the company.
On your first day at the store, the orientation process might be quite intense, since it involves a hands-on learning process. However, the store manager will be available to facilitate the process.
After candidates have passed the interview successfully, getting employed is what’s left. Some lucky applicants normally get hired on the spot, due to their exceptional performance at the interview.
However, some applicants get a call from Starbucks about a month after participating in the interview.
