Process Documentation Interns

Responsibilities

• Works with PEC to understand process flows and be able to convert.
• them into formal procedural documents.
• Works with internal teams to obtain documentation requirements.
• Preparing technical documentation, coordinating layout and organization.
• and adhere to Straight Arrow and ISO standards.
• Preparing process workflows.
• Producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable Straight Arrow’s standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Above average verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and data collection.
• Experience with process mapping & process documentation is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic flowcharting principles & tools is preferred.
