• Troubleshooting modems, set-top boxes, Windows, Mac OS, and applications.
• Support, handling inquiries via phone & use of the Helpdesk ticketing system.
• Running diagnostic programs to diagnose and resolve issues.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems.
• 0-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of in-home broadband, PSTN, VoIP, ADSL, and NBN technology types
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, IPV4, IPV6, DNS, Subnetting, etc.
• Knowledge of all aspects of Wi-Fi.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
