  1. Find leads through sources (Kalibrr, Facebook, Bossjob, referral, etc)

Interview the applicants

2.2 Process of Interview

  • Face-to-face interview with the HR Personnel (Computer teacher, IT, CSO, Marketing vacancies) OR
  • Online Interview with respective supervisors (Researcher, CSO vacancies)

Onboarding (Once passed/qualified) 

3.3 Onboarding Process

  • Job Offer Discussion (HRD)
    • Once the applicant has agreed to the job offer, HRD must endorse them to the respective employee to be given on or before reporting to the office.
  • Endorsement to Supervisors
  • Collection of Requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, PSA OR NSO, BIR, TIN)
  • HR Orientation
  • Endorsement to Operations
  • Enrollment on System and Biometrics (ID: Sir Junior)

Remuneration & Career Growth

Gross Salary range: P18,000 and above

Compensation Benefits: government mandated benefits
