Your role

• Proficiency: Completes tasks in support of the team's deliverables. Focus on learning and executing existing practices and procedures.
• Accountability: Complete tasks in line with production and quality metrics. Learn about customers. Requires day-to-day supervision.
• Agility, Innovation, and Learning: Engages in training to learn workflow processes. Follows manuals and checklists to complete tasks. Asks questions to gain an understanding of tools and production workflows. Adapts to work changes.
• Relationships/Influence: Communicates openly, and builds good rapport and working relationships with colleagues. Cooperates with the immediate team to achieve deliverables.
• Problem-Solving: Timely escalation of process/technical issues and challenges.
• Scope: Responsible for completing tasks of standard complexity as assigned

About you

• Strong English language skills, including college-level vocabulary, spelling, punctuation and grammar, and sentence structure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts.
• Skilled in the use of personal computers and familiarity with multiple software packages, including word processing and file management applications.
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments.
• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem-solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment.
• Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
• Candidates must be willing to work 2x week in the office (Mckinley Hill Taguig)
• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder.
• Must be willing to work on any shift and shifting schedule. (Morning / Mid / Night Shift)
