Read more- Operates equipment in Process (including CIP), Blow-Fill and Downstream in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Maintains safe working environment thru proper housekeeping.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety Procedures, Company rules and regulations.
- Performs product sampling checks in assigned areas.
- Ensures that all materials (Raw, Packaging, Cleaning, Consumable) needed in the operation are in the production floor.
- Conducts materials inventory of Raw, Packaging and Factory Supplies every after production run.
- Ensures that all machines are properly shut down and Standard Cleaning Procedures are followed.
- Performs appropriate corrective and preventive maintenance as needed / planned.
- Facilitates 3rd party helpers on their day-to-day activities and ensure that tasks and work assigned to them are properly-executed.
- Ensures all materials (good and rejects) are properly segregated, weighed, labeled and placed in designated areas.
- Raise Behavior-Based Safety observations
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
