The Recruitment Process

Basically it includes 5 stages.

  • The screening process will be done by HR.
  • Technical interview
  • Managerial interview
  • Senior manager interview

Social Contributions

Across the business, we’ve focused on the health and safety of our employees, customers and all of our stakeholders in the wider world of learning. And we’ve carefully balanced this with being able to carry on our day-to-day operations.

In the pandemic we acted quickly to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our 20,000+ employees. Wherever possible, we have encouraged our people to work from home, helping them feel connected and safe – 87% of our people were working from home effectively shortly after closing offices due to the pandemic.

We made the decision not to furlough employees, instead repurposing them where possible to areas of high demand in the business, such as online learning. Not only was that the right thing to do, but we were able to do so due to the strength of our balance sheet, our strong financial position, and liquidity, which also allowed us to pay a final dividend to our shareholders.
