Recruitment Process

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Application:

Updated resume must be submitted
Upon screening of candidates, shortlisted candidates will be called for initial interview by the HR Officer.
Once, the candidate successfully passed the initial interview, second interview will be done by the Technical Director. Interview may be done via online or phone call.
The HR officer will conduct reference checks and background checks on the selected final candidate. The HR officer will prepare a written offer of employment that is contingent upon the success completion of required background checks.
Successful candidate will be informed through email and phone call.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Fresh Graduates Starting Salary Range:

From Php 16,000-18,000
