Your role

Job description

As Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the installation and servicing of solar panels, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass the timely lodgment of Solar Meter Connection forms with customer-specific Energy Retailers and the online submission of Dex for all pertinent inverter installations. These tasks are integral to ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of client’s solar projects.

What awaits you in this role?     

  • Lodgement of Solar Meter Connection forms with customer-specific Energy Retailers.
  • Dex Submission online for all relevant inverter installations.
  • Data input of all solar jobs into the Green Deal platform is ready for installation.
  • Collation of information required for STC generation and sale in Green Deal.
  • Liaise with electricians post-installation for missing information in Green Deal.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure STC forms are signed if not completed at installation.
  • Check the SMA Rebate portal for all SMA installations to ensure receipt by Solar Power Direct.
  • Email customers post-installation compliance pack.
  • Send customers a request for an online review and a survey post-installation.
  • Schedule a follow-up call task for each Sales Representative after each installation.
  • Save all installation photos from Green Deal and Job tracking system to customers' OneDrive folder.
  • Adhoc administration duties supporting the Administration team and senior management as and when required.
