Your role

• Translate Business/Functional requirements into detailed technical specs that will be used by both the developers and the client with an emphasis on leveraging delivered functionality with little to no customization.
• Build and test work packets based on the functional and technical specification documents.
• Ability to understand client requirements, possess clarity of thoughts and communicate and translate business requirements/issues to technical requirements and design.
• Report the progress of his work with respect to the planning and budgets validated by the project team.
• Will be reporting to the offshore PeopleSoft Senior/Manager.

About you

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Preferably with OJT experience on any of the following: Application Designer objects, People Tools, Application Engine, SQR, PS Query, and Integration Broker.
• Preferably with OJT experience in supporting the development of Oracle PL/SQL programs.
• Very good written and oral communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• A result-oriented individual and a good team player.
• Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley, Taguig in a hybrid set-up (2-3x a month only).
