There is a good diverse team in Meralco, I'd say that their is a somewhat equal amount of female to male workers as well as interns. I was able to see plenty of women managers, and saw the maternity leave policy in effect for one employee in our department.

Recruitment of interns do not have problems in diversity. The culture within may have a sense of trivialization and light fun in regards to these issues, however it hasn't led to any major problems (so far).
