My direct supervisor was very approachable and was a great mentor. We have weekly check-in wherein I was able to receive feedback for my work and get advice moving forward. They are reachable through different platforms and even reply beyond working hours for urgent concerns. They deliver recognition in all the task that I do and even give compliments and encouragement beyond the work.

My supervisors were the reason why I learned so much in my 250 hours in the company. I also learned the importance of communication when it comes to the work environment.

they are very approachable, they give out tasks that they know you could do and they don't pressure you or whatsoever. they are very respectable people.
