Your role & responsibilities

Job description:

This role is primarily accountable for processing and communications for all complex client requests for one or more product lines or multiple transaction categories.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform responsibilities of Senior associate plus selected additional duties.
• Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures and compliance rules and regulations.
• Identifies and solves most basic and complex problems based on an understanding of the customer's needs, using investigation and established guidelines. Recognizes the need to redirect complex problems.
• Prioritizes daily work to accommodate fluctuating or unplanned work.

How will you create impact:

This position is responsible for correcting and adjusting trades that the processing was unable to handle correctly the first time or maybe there has been a system issue that caused the delay.
