Your role

As a recent graduate with a non-technical degree, you can join Oracle as an Education Consultant or Functional Consultant.  Their global graduate program prepares entry-level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career within Oracle NetSuite. All graduates will participate in an initial three to six-month enablement program focused on building product knowledge, consulting skills, and implementation proficiency through training and development before joining one of the two streams below.   1. Educational Consultant – Engage with clients to understand business processes and assess learning needs to deliver tailored training to increase user acceptance of NetSuite.
  2. Functional Consultant – Identify business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality. Design business solutions using NetSuite functions and features.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in the graduating class of 2021 or 2022 only
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Psychology, Education, HR or equivalent
  • Current students must complete study requirements prior to starting with Oracle
  • Excellent English communication (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Strong motivation to progress with career in the IT industry within a consulting role
