Associate Consultant Developer I work closely with C2M - Credits and Collection subsytem and sometimes Financial Management too. For the past few months since I joined the project, my day-to-day responsibilities is to ensure quality code in-line with oracle standards and provide technical support to the system integration team.

You can approach them at any time to ask questions, and they are happy to help you. As long as you do your job properly, they are fine leaving you to your own devices. They will approach if they notice something amiss and will help you to improve.

Good location, many restaurants and a hospital nearby. Office space and facilities are clean and well-equipped. Smart casual dress code, but it can just boil down to avoiding shorts, footwear exposing the feet like slippers, and tops that expose the shoulders, like sandos.

I appreciate the interview process, it was smooth and I felt like I just had to be myself. Mostly about technical questions such as different things I know about programming, things I use with software development, and most of the part, I was asked about SQL and data management tools I use or familiar with. I recommend using the STAR or PREP method when answering questions - Be proactive in listening to the concern - Recall prior experiences that are relevant to the job description

The formal training was quite fast but it did give us an overview of what our actual work would be. In my case I learned more when I was in the practice, doing the actual work, and working on projects.

Oracle is very flexible. I can come in an hour early and leave an hour early - helps me skip rush hour traffic - and the 1 day work from home really helps
