Your responsibilities

• Provide payout administration support.
• Data quality review to ensure the right people are paid the right amount on time.
• Calculate and report on the Service Partner Commissions.
• Track, resolve, or route sales incentive issues timely.
• Support the quarterly payouts and roll out of the plans to the sales professionals.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent documentation, writing, organization, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and sales organization is a plus.
• Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate): Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of sales incentive principles, sales operations, or sales motion is preferred.
