Your responsibilities

• Shall ensure proper assistance of the branch office, highly compliant with SMDC policy, LGU, and Mall requirements.
• Shall assist in proper handling and reporting of all company assets and supplies status.
• Shall assist in the proper handling of manpower-related requirements.
• Shall ensure accurate and timely handling of client and seller’s concerns through SAM (Buyer’s Portal).

Compensation & benefits

Entry-level employees at SMIC may earn between Php12,000 and Php20,000. Certification and licensure boost a fresh grad’s base salary.

For instance, a SMIC accountant’s average salary is Php16,000 per month versus Php26,000 per month for a Certified Public Accountant. The company’s benefits package includes dental and medical coverage and financial assistance (e.g. loans).

About you

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree related to Finance Management and/or Customer Relations
• Has an understanding of financial management
• Has proficiency in software applications (MS Office, SAP, etc.,) and internet navigation.
• Has Analytic Skills and  Detail-Oriented
• Has Good Communication Skills (Oral and written)
• Has Good Interpersonal Skills
• Can work under pressure
• Is familiar with Banking Regulations
• Has high-stress tolerance
