Your responsibilities

• Processing order entries and product configurations; preparing documents needed for all delivery, service, and installation schedules.
• Coordinating material demand of new orders and inquiries with the Inventory Planner and Production Head.
• Ensuring proper coordination with clients, sales associates, and the service team regarding after-sales service issues and schedules.
• Identifying optimal solutions to customer concerns and ensuring prompt resolution to customer complaints and requests.
• Recommending strategies that would improve the quality of service, productivity, and profitability
• Evaluating service quality and customer satisfaction using identified service metrics.

About you

• New Grads and Experienced Team Members welcome to apply 
• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in customer care and service is a plus
• Experienced in using Google Business Suite (GDocs, Gsheets) and Microsoft Office tools
• Must have excellent communication, customer service, and people skills.
• Must be patient, hardworking, and can work well under pressure.
• Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
