First, an assessment exam is given. If the applicant passes that, then the next step would be the HR interview, then the departmental interview, then the final offer. Overall, it's organized and quick.

They are decent but could be improved. But considering that we're a small company, it's understandable.

1 week orientation from the whole company with each department to help you adjust and see the complete workflow.

Work hours are flexible. We have 2 hour allowance for log in. you can come in to work until 10am and adjust as long as you finish your hours of the day.
