Your responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate and timely reporting validation of third-party sources focusing on Fund Accounting transactions.
• Recognition of transactions via manual entries to be forwarded to third-party and booked within SLF internal systems
• Spearheads reconciliation, investigation, and clean-up of any float and pending items both internal (within IOSP) and external (outside IOSP) matters especially on Investment related transactions.
• Preparation of supporting documents to be used in validating the reports, considering their order and completeness.
• Coordinates closely with the needs of other units (i.e Investments, Finance’s Controllers Group, units within Treasury, and IT Support) for the day-to-day Fund Accounting operations or special projects that need IOSP participation.
• Render assistance on Ad Hoc requests related to Fund Accounting Functions of SLAMCI and Prosperity Funds.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Preferably CPA
• Knowledgeable in investment/treasury operations for Investment Companies (Mutual Funds or Trust)
• Fund Accounting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) / Internet applications
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written
• With good analytical skills
• Personal attributes such as showing initiative, attention to detail, and sound work ethics.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Quick Learner
