Tera System evaluates the credentials then schedules (those who passed the evaluation) an initial interview via Viber .
Depending on the position, candidate would undergo a Technical Interview only or Technical Interview with technical exam.
Those who pass the Technical Assessment will be scheduled for a final interview with the President & CEO of the company.
Successful applicants will be given a Job Offer wherein they are given 1 - 2 weeks to accept the Job Offer.
