Recruitment Process:
Sending an Online Application (Resume needed) - Candidates need to apply using our "Apply now" button on the top right corner of each opportunity page (5-10 minutes)
Online Assessment: Personality Test assessment - Candidates will receive an email after sending the online application which will include a link for the personality test (15 minutes)
Phone Interview: Initial Screening and Language Assessment - Candidates will be speaking with our representatives over the phone to check qualifications and evaluation of language skills. The process to be conducted by inhouse recruiters (20 minutes)
Final Interview: Candidates will be endorsed at 10PM, the same day, for the final interview or account validation to check the profile fit of the applicant to our CSR Accounts. The process will be through messenger voice call only. The interview will be conducted by our account managers. (15 minutes)
