Your role & responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • You will lead the internship program of Emma Sleep and support Campus Recruitment initiatives in University events.
  • You will be a strategic partner to their hiring teams and collaborate with them in identifying the right candidates for their roles.
  • You will work closely with business leaders of all levels, where you can influence and deliver quality every week and continuously improve candidate experience.
  • You will be part of the recruiting team in their Manila office and be responsible for building up their global and country teams in the APAC region.

About you

Who they are looking for:

  • Amenable to starting on January 8, 2024.
  • Completing studies by 2023/2024 and/or with less than 15 units in the upcoming semester/s
  • Can commit for at least five (months) to this internship
  • Can report onsite in their BGC office twice a week and three days work-from-home setup.
  • Able to work 6-8 hours every day
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of ownership and initiative, and a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation.
