Your role & responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to collaborate on recruitment efforts, streamlining the entire talent acquisition process -- from job posting to pre-boarding initiatives.

Intern Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening
• Job posting
• Pre-screening
• Candidate Management
• Pipeline management
• Scheduling
• Candidate endorsements
• Internal Processes
• Background checks
• Other TA duties as needed
• Ad hoc initiatives
• Research
