Your responsibilities

• Support benefits administration.
• Support daily operations.
• Prepare HR reports.
• Accurate data handling.
• Contractual changes process, optical archiving, scanning, and other admin duties.
• Onboarding and offboarding process.
• Other ad hoc HR activities.

About you

• 0 - 2 years working experience in Administration / HR or technical environment, HR knowledge preferred.
• Customer service experience is an advantage. 
• Successful completed secondary level or vocational training in Administration or comparable experience.
• Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, self-driven attitude.
