They have a lot of trainings that will help the newbies like me to gain knowledge and boost their confidence.
At Stratpoint, you have flexible working hours, great mentors & teammates, and the opportunity to work on various projects. I am learning a lot from industry experts and gaining the right skills & experience for my field.
Nice co-workers, good salary, nice work environment and a training opportunity for career advancement.
Trainings, certifications, and mentorship programs.
I think the worst thing is that more people don't know that this great environment exists
I think the training needs improvement especially for someone who is a fresh graduate.
What Insiders Say
I have read parts of how to get promoted and I think it’s fair
There is no discrimination regarding these topics like age discrimination, gender, etc. And as long as you are qualified and deserving for the spot, they will hire you regardless of what school you came from.
I have been to the office once; they have a decent office and facilities. Everyone must wear a semi-casual when attending the office. Today, we are still working from home, and we do not have a dress code. They have also sent us laptops that we can use.
There are regular schedules for training and development. Also, you get to learn more about and practice the SCRUM process in your work. Mentors and colleagues also provide resources to help you gain more knowledge in your field.
